Horizon offers in-person open access for mental health and substance use evaluations. Patient wait times during open access may vary based on demand as patients are seen in order of arrival. Your first appointment will last for about one hour. During your first appointment, you will meet with a counselor who will assess your immediate needs, history, symptoms, and your goals.
