    When can I expect to be scheduled for an initial appointment?

    We strive to have counselors available for assessments the same day you call. Some days are busier than others and between what we have available that is convenient for you too, its 1-5 days. Evaluation appointments are also available virtually on our telehealth platform. We have staff available that can help you connect.

    How much will it cost?

    We are committed to providing the highest quality and most cost-effective care. We accept most commercial health insurance plans, Medicaid and Medicare. Your financial responsibility is determined by your individual contract with your insurance company. Our staff will assist you in determining that amount. If you do not have insurance that covers our care, you may qualify for a reduced fee based on your income. Whatever your financial status, our team is here to assist you with understanding your unique situation and to access treatment.

    What if my insurance isn’t listed?

    If you do not see your insurance plan, please contact us at (716) 831-1800 and a Financial Resource Specialist from our team will be happy to check your coverage. You may also contact your insurance provider for additional information.

    What if I don’t have health insurance?

    We can assist you in applying for Medicaid. If it appears that you may be eligible for Medicaid, we will connect you with a  Financial Resource Specialist who will help you begin the application process.  You also may qualify for a reduced fee and we will discuss those options with you as well.
