Horizon Village Campus in Sanborn, NY
Horizon Village is a 50-bed residential drug rehab treatment program located in Western New York. It is designed for adults 18 and older who have been unable to establish and maintain abstinence from substance use through outpatient or other types of therapy. More information
Freedom Village is our treatment center specifically designed to suit the needs of Veterans. The facility provides intensive substance use disorder treatment and treatment for co-existing mental health conditions for men who have served in the military. More information
The Wellness Center
The 13,000 sq. ft. facility center offers medical, psychiatric and recreational services to all Horizon Village campus residents. The Center boasts a 10,500 sq. ft. gymnasium and fitness facility. A personal trainer and nutritionist provide health education and fitness direction to all residents on campus. More information
This $4.5 million project focuses on the growing need for inpatient rehab for young adults in our community. The new 25-bed residential treatment center will address the growing wait list of young adults addicted to opiates like heroin. More information
Aurora Village, on the Horizon Village Campus in Sanborn NY, is officially open to serve the specific needs of women ages eighteen and older suffering with severe substance use disorder. At Aurora Village, residents and families are provided the opportunity to better understand the disease of addiction, practice and develop healthy coping skills, repair and develop healthy relationships, and identify skills to regain control of their lives. Horizon Village Terrace House in Buffalo, NY
Horizon Village Terrace House is a 37-bed inpatient residential, medically supervised treatment facility. We provide twenty-four hour care to adult men and women who need support, counseling, observation, nursing and medical care to achieve initial stabilization from drug and/or alcohol withdrawal.
