Summer Hours
In Buffalo we cherish our summers. That’s why all clinics (except our 24/7 facilities) close at 1pm on Fridays during the months of July and August to allow employees to enjoy an extended weekend.

Productivity Bonuses
All Outpatient Clinical and Administrative Staff can earn annual productivity bonuses. Counselors can potentially earn up to $2800 extra annually, Office Managers can earn up to $1400 extra annually and Administrative Staff can earn up to $700 extra annually.

More Time Off
In addition to regularly scheduled holidays, starting from your first day you’ll accrue paid time off (PTO). And the longer you are employed, the more PTO you’ll earn — up to 28 days per year.

Horizon created Horizon University to implement our commitment to being a learning organization and providing effective and innovative treatment to our clients. Trainings are available in classes both in person and online. Our staff has a choice among hundreds of trainings in subjects ranging from technical skills to professional development to evidence-based clinical practices.

All of these trainings are free to staff members so they can secure and maintain their professional licensing requirements as well as meeting Horizon’s standards for ongoing continuing education.

In addition, we offer:

    (Up to $300 for initial license; up to $150 for renewal)
  • Over 500 online classes available for free tuition waivers
