Summer Hours

All Outpatient Clinical and Administrative Staff can earn annual productivity bonuses. Counselors can potentially earn up to $2800 annually, Office Managers can earn up to $1400 annually and Administrative Staff can earn up to $700 annually.

Paid Time Off – From the date of hire, employees accrue paid time off; the number of days increases, the longer the person is employed at Horizon (up to 28 days per year).

Horizon University
Horizon has established Horizon University to implement our commitment to being a learning organization and providing effective and innovative treatment. Through our state-of-the-art training facility and staff, and our extensive on-line training capacity, staff members have a choice among hundreds of trainings in subjects ranging from technical skills to evidence-based clinical practices. All of these trainings are free to staff members for their securing and maintaining their professional licensing requirements and their meeting Horizon’s standards for ongoing continuing education.
