At Horizon, we believe that everyone regardless of his or her income, should have the equal access to quality care. We accept most health insurance plans. We also accept Medicaid and Medicare.
No health insurance?
We may be able to assist you in applying for Medicaid. If we think that you might be eligible for Medicaid you can meet with a staff member who will help you begin the application process. You may also qualify for a reduced fee based on your income.
Pay Your Bill Online
Vocational Program services are not covered by health insurance. These services are paid for through private and government grants and government agencies that fund vocational services for persons with disabilities.
