TITLE:

Niagara County Community College
on which HORIZON BOARD(s) do you serve?
"I serve on the Horizon Health Services and Horizon Village Boards."
HOW DID YOU COME TO BE ON THE BOARDS?
"I became a member of the boards based on NCCC's educational relationship with the staff at Horizon Village. I had the opportunity to meet some of the staff and, more importantly, the consumers when we met to discuss Horizon's plan for expansion of its youth services. I was particularly impressed with Anne Constantino and Paige Prentice and their passion for the work they do each and every day."
WHAT HAVE YOU FOUND MOST REWARDING ABOUT SERVING ON THE BOARDS?
"Although I am relatively new to the boards, I found it rewarding to be associated with an a organization that puts quality patient care at the forefront of what it does. It starts with the diversity and professionalism of the staff and extends to the consumers for whom they provide care. I look forward to the challenges ahead and helping Horizon Health reach its institutional goals and objectives."
WHAT DO YOU WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT HORIZON?
"I think it is important for people to know that Horizon Health Services is embedded in the Western New York community. Each and every day the professionals on staff change peoples' lives in ways most could never imagine or realize. They make a difference in our community every day through the work they do."
