Anne D. Constantino
President and CEO
Anne was appointed to her current position as President and Chief Executive Officer for the Horizon Corporations in 1994. In this role she leads the development and implementation of strategic and annual operating plans for Horizon Health Services, Horizon Village and Health Management Group. During her tenure, Anne has led the organization in expansion of services both geographically and clinically in Western New York. With a commitment to corporate culture that is conducive to excellence, the organization has been designated as a NYS Best Place to Work for the past 8 years.
Anne is a graduate of Buffalo State College and SUNY at Buffalo, where she received her M.S. in Educational Psychology and Rehabilitation Counseling. She is a graduate of Leadership Buffalo, Class of 2003. The Buffalo News recognized Ms. Constantino as an Outstanding Citizen of the Year 2013.
Anne serves on the executive boards of the NYS Association of Substance Abuse Providers and the NYS Coalition of Community Agencies as well as various regional and state commissions and committees. In 2017, Anne was appointed to the Governor’s Task Force on Opiate Addiction. Anne serves on the Buffalo State Foundation Board and is the chair of the Board of Managers for the Millennium Collaborative Care (DSRIP).
Horizon, established in 1975, is the largest provider of mental health, chemical dependency and medical services in Western New York and has been recognized nationally and in NYS for quality and innovation in clinical service delivery.
