Michelle Curto
Vice President of Administrative Operations

During her employment with Horizon, Michelle has held a variety of positions that have given her a unique perspective on the inner workings of the company. She began as a counselor in the day treatment program, and was promoted several times over the years to various clinical and managerial positions after returning to school for certification as an addiction counselor.
Today, as vice president of administrative operations, Michelle is responsible for all secretarial support services at Horizon, administrative operations at all clinics, the supervision of central intake and case management. In addition, Michelle oversees Horizon’s collaboration with the drug courts and supervises the related support staff.
Michelle graduated from Erie Community College with a degree in Occupational Therapy, and graduated Cum Laude with a BS degree in Social Sciences from SUNY at Buffalo. She also graduated from the Canisius Center for Entrepreneurship Key Managers Program, which focused on enhancement of managerial skills and talents. Michelle has also completed several management classes in leadership and communication through the University at Buffalo’s Institute for Administrative Management.
